Member's Defense Network (MDN)
The Member’s Defense Network (MDN) has been established and staffed to support our member inquiries. We provide a confidential sounding board, taxation question and answer service, as well as, a platform for strategic tax planning through a group of retained specialists. Whether these questions are tax related, investment related or concerns of an international nature, the MDN is able to field Member concerns and queries and as required refer to appropriate specialists.

Specialists are retained in both Canada and in the United States for answers and support. MDN maintains a “Help Line” at Head Office to field questions and provide research through a network of professionals.

Member Services include:

• General inquiries
• Security commission questions
• Tax audit defense

Resources are established to support the inquiry requirements of our members. The services of MDN in both Canada and in the United States are not intended to replace or displace existing professionals. It is intended to provide a referral network to professional consulting services from consultants who understand the specific needs of our members, on an as-needed basis.
